MAFCO lead TNM Super League

As the battle of points in the elite TNM Super League continues, Mafco FC still tops the log table with 20 points.

The Salima based soldiers, have so far played 11 games, having won five and drawn five as well.

Coming second is another military out-fit, Moyale Barracks with 19 points from 12 games played. The Mzuzu based side has won five games with four draws.

On third position is Silver Strikers.  The Bankers have 19 points, from 13 games played with five wins and four draws.

TNM Super League defending champions, Escom United are on fourth position with 19 points, having played 11 times. The Electricians have won six times with a single draw and lost in four outings.

MAFCO players sad after a loss but are current league leaders

Civo United are occupying fifth place with 18 points. The Civil Service team have won five times with three draws.

Having beaten Tigers FC 2-1 last Saturday, Mighty Wanderers are on sixth position with 18 points. The Lali-Lubani road boys have five victories and three draws.

Blue Eagles are enjoying position seven from eleven games played. The cops have 18 points having won five times and four draws.

On position eight is Red Lions with 17 points, from twelve games played. The Old capital city soldiers have four victories and five draw games.

Blantyre United are on position nine, from 11 games. The Commercial city out-fit have 15 points after winning 3 games and six draws.

On tenth position is Azam oilers with 15 points from 12 games. The Kanjedza boys have drawn three times with four wins.

On un-familiar position 11 is Big Bullets with 15 points. The people's team have played eleven games with four victories and three draws.

Rejuvenated Epac FC have 14 points, from 12 games. The capital city new comers in the league were on last Sunday victors to Escom United 4-1.

Embangweni United is on position 12 with 11 points while Zomba United is chasing them closely with 9 points on their back.

Anchoring the table is Cobbe Barracks with 4 points having played ten games.
