TNM Super League defending champions Escom United suffered yet another embarrassing defeat this time at the hands Epac FC who ran riot at home.

After a promising start to the season that saw them winning five games in a row, the tables have turned against them and Epac FC poured further misery on them in style with a 4 – 1 victory on Sunday.

Top goal scorer in the top flight Ishmael Thindwa scored hat-trick as a rampant Epac outclassed the electricians with the other goal from Steve Unyolo.

Heston Munthali pulled one back for electricians but it was too late to save the blackout.

Thindwa:In rampant form, scoring goals

Escom assistant coach Aubrey Nankhuni conceded Epac's striker, Thindwa, is a "difficult customer" and said they were beaten clean.

Nankhuni said Escom are determined to stop the rot following their traumatic outing of the weekend.

"We want to put things right. Hopefully we put in a really good performance and get back to winning ways," Nankhuni said.

In Mzuzu, Moyale got the better of their fellow soldiers Red Lions scoring 3 without reply.

Gaston Simukonda scored a brace with his brother Andy drilling in the other goal.
