Is Car Crime on the Up Again?

I have recently had my car stolen and I am very aware of trying to ensure more security. Car crime is not as prevalent in the news these days but that is not an indication that it has gone away. For approximately one decade, car crime has been on the decline but there is evidence that it could be on the up again and there are also new types of vehicle crime to be aware of.
