Paris Floats the Electric Bubble Car

The electric BlueCar is making its test appearance in Paris for the next two months. The small car is part of a new program that will let people rent the car by the half hour and pick it up or drop it off at charging stations throughout the city. It is an attempt by the city to alleviate traffic problems and save the environment as well.
